Gemaakt voor An

Deze fabric collage hanger gemaakt voor de swap met An. Ben net gestart met naaldvilten en nu al verslaafd LOL.  De hartjes heb ik gestempeld (stempel is van Hero Arts) op een stuk katoen en toen genaaldvilt. Toen ik dat stuk klaar had, schoo meteen een zwart/wit geblokt stofje in mijn hoofd maar natuurlijk was dat niet aan tekomen nu ik het nodig had, dus heb een stuk zijde gepakt, een stempel (klein schaduwstempeltje van Hero Arts) en een voor een de zwart blokjes met acrylverf erop gestempeld. De teksten zijn gestempeld op keperband. Het plaatje (een freebie van Gaby) is een transfer met gel medium op stof. De omgeving heb ik met kleurpotlood nog wat kleur gegeven zodat deze beter bij de hartjes pastte.

Made this fabric collage for An. Just recentely started needle felting and already I am hooked LOL. First I stamped the hearts ( stamp from Hero Arts) on coton cloth and then needle felted them and the surroundings. When that was finished immediatly the balck and white squares cam into my mind, but its Murphies law that when you need something you can’t find it, searched serveral stores but no black and white. So I decided to make that myself by taking a piece of silk and stamped the little squares (schaowstamp from Hero Arts) one by one on the silk. I did that with acryllic paint. The text are also stamped on coton ribbon. The image (a freebie on the blog of Gaby) transfered on a piece of coton cloth with gel medium. With colouring pencils I coloured the background surrounding the image to match the hearts.
