Vandaag een houtbrander weten te scoren en moest dat natuurlijk even uittesten. Heb op een onderzetter gestempeld met Stazon, de stempel is van Sheena Douglass. Niet gek voor een eerste poging al zeg ik het zelf hahahaha en LEUK om te doen!!! Eentje af, nog 5 te gaan

Today I bought a wood burner tool and had to have a go at it. I stamped on a wooden coaster with Stazon and used the hare from Sheena Douglass. Not bad at all for a first attempt, even if I say so myself hahahaha and its was FUN!! One finished still 5 to go.

Een nieuwe das

Zag een das met zakken op internet en vond hem zo leuk dat ik mijn eigen versie heb gemnaakt. Had geen patroon dus heb zelf maar iets verzonnen.

I saw a scarf on the internet and it had pocket. I loved it so much that I made one myself, I didn;t had a pattern so I cam up with this one myself.

It’s Life

Vandaag weer even heerlijk me uitgeleefd met de stencils van Donna Ratcliff Doodnlin’s. De hond en de tekst (hier heb ik een gedeelte ervan maar gestencild) komen van British Bulldog Stencil, de rondjes van My dog Stencil. Gesponst met Distress Oxides. In de rode balk een stempel van Sheena Douglass gebruikt en na afmaskering  met een licht kleur oxide gestempeld. Daarna een aantal plaatsen gemaskerd zodat ik met Stazon nog wat achtergrond stempels van Crafters companion kon stempelen.

Today I was playing around with the gorgeous stencils from Donna Ratcliff Doodlin’s. The doig and the text is from a stencil called British Bulldog Stencil, the dots are from a stencil called My Doig Stencil. I sponged the stencils with Distress Oxides. In the red stripe I used a stamp from Sheena Douglass and stamped with a lighter colour oxide ink. Masked things off and then used some background stamps from Crafters Companion and Stazon Black to enhance the background.
